- All participants, including authors who submit and do not submit papers, are required to register in the congress.
- Congress registration fee is 2000 TL including VAT (KDV).
- The registration fee is 1750 TL including VAT for participants from master’s and doctoral students.
- The fee will be non-refundable in case of any cancellations.
- In case a researcher presents two papers, s/he will pay the full fee for the first paper, and one-third of the fee for the second.
- Registration fee; welcome cocktail, gala dinner, conference bag, conference proceedings,, pen, calendar, souvenir badges and regional tour.
- The registration fee for the Congress is not refundable in case of withdrawal from the participant.
